Culturally Aligned AI Solutions for Organizations

We are on a mission to democratize AI and manifest individual and collective potential.

It’s ok to fear the unknown. That’s why we’re here.

Striking a balance between leveraging AI's capabilities for productivity and innovation while addressing ethical and social implications remains a significant fear for organizations implementing AI technologies.

Our mission

Democratize GenAI and unlock human potential.

LEARN HOW

At AI23 we partner with organizations, mostly small to mid-size, to assess their cultural and operational readiness for GenAI.

We build a blueprint of their organization. Then we coach them to “be ready”, leveraging best practices in leadership development, organization design, and creating high-performing, agile, empowered teams.

We then use AI to look for the “highest and best use” of GenAI to increase efficiencies and unlock individual, team, and organization potential.

Our AI expert technologists then train GenAI models using both business intelligence and emotional and cultural intelligence, resulting in AI models that are ready to go to work with our clients as a culturally aligned, high performing team member.

Our Team

At AI23, we are a diverse team with wide spanning and deep expertise in areas such as GenAI strategy, architecture, and development; value creation through innovation; software engineering; DevOps; user experience; value stream mapping; executive and team coaching; change management; organization design, and Cultural transformation.

This is what we believe and value

We believe Mission and Team come before Ego.

As such, we value “What’s Right”, not “Who’s Right”. We seek to pull the genius from each person we work with. We ask more questions than make statements. We listen more than we talk. The most helpful idea that makes progress wins.

01

We value Truth.

We seek the truth and speak the truth.

02

We believe in Extreme Ownership.

We seek to serve and if something doesn’t go the way we intend, we own it. There is no blame at AI23, only ownership.

03

We believe in Enhancing Equity.

We believe in abundance. We also believe that there should be a fair value exchange between company and each individual contributor. We recognize, reward, and advance our team members.

04

We embrace Evolution – through Experimentation, Learning, and Adaptation.

True to our mission of unlocking potential, we are in the relentless pursuit of growth, learning, and manifestation of potential – for ourselves, for AI23, for our clients, and for humanity. We boldly walk into uncertainty trusting our ability to learn, adapt, and excel.
